The year 1968 was the date when Mr. Lucien Fayollat founded the company SIDMP. This company was specialized in the distribution of dental materials in France.



A new electronic oriented company is formed. "GF électronique" and starts to produce electronic material for dental technicians.


A new re-organisation is made following the fast development of the international markets.
The export division is born.


GF électronique and SIDMP merge together to form UGIN'dentaire.


UGIN'dentaire is ISO 9002 and EN 46002 certified.


UGIN'dentaire absorbs Nobil'Métal France (I.N.M.F.) and becomes now one of the market leads in its speciality.
